This week, I created a series of three SineSpace installation videos. They’re aimed at making things easier for new creators to get started, and cover the three most frequently used types of installs.
They Include What Others Don’t
There are some really great videos on the SineSpace Youtube channel. I have been following it for 2 ½ years, and probably watched every one of them. And I watch a few of them repeatedly – they’re a great resource to help figure things out when you get started. The trouble is that SineSpace installation videos are either hard to find, or can be confusing because they don’t cover everything. When helping new makers get started, I noticed the pattern that people would get pointed at a video, then somebody would have to provide further assistance. It should be easier, so creators could focus on making great original content.
Clean Installation
The first in the series of SineSpace Installation Videos is the one all creators could use at least once. It covers that first time setup in a new project. From how to get the latest Editor Pack from the Discord Server to making sure you have all the right project settings, this has you covered.
The video above also makes a great companion to this article.
Installing An Update
The second in the series is there to help makers who are already hard at work. If you’re not careful, installing an Editor Pack update can disrupt your project and also cause you headaches you don’t need. This video has tips that will help you avoid any headaches.

Delete And Re-Install
The third video is one that most users should not need very often. You can install the Editor Pack on top of an existing installation most of the time. Periodically, though, an update does come out that requires you to remove the SpacePack folder. This SineSpace installation video also helps users who are experiencing problems and need to delete and re-install to help troubleshoot.
That’s It!
You should now be able to get the Editor Pack installed into Unity. Whether it’s the first time, and update, or you need to do some troubleshooting – you’re good to go.
If you’re brand new to SineSpace and need help with the basics, check out this tutorial. The article will help you install and set up the Unity Editor to prepare and upload your creations to SineSpace. Similarly, if you haven’t already discovered it, this post will tell you all about the Unity Hub to manage your installations. Check the SineSpace Youtube channel for tutorials, and you can also watch this space for more tutorials in the future!
