This video below shows you the process of adjusting lighting and swapping materials in SineSpace. Not all SineSpace regions offer the features – a content creator needs to design their build specifically to allow it.
It was shot in the Fairfield Deluxe home & region and also features several of my materials packs. The video was recorded using the client version 2019.1b7.
Worth The Effort
As a creator, I can say it does take a lot of additional effort to get things right. My Italian Courtyard home and region has adjustable lighting as well as user adjustable day and night settings, but it does not support swappable materials. The Fairfield Deluxe home and region does offer everything. I wanted to work in as many customization features as I could with that build. It served as a great opportunity to learn, to push the envelope, and to create a space that let users customize as much as possible.
Available Now
I have both regions and materials packs available now in SineSpace. You can shop for them in-world using the Shop button in the client. Click here to check out a preview of the Fairfield Deluxe home and region in the web shop, or click here to check out the Italian Courtyard.
Your Experience Should Be Easier
The thing to keep in mind is that your experience should be easier than mine. In order to record at a decent speed, it was necessary to use 720p resolution. If you are able to use SineSpace at higher resolutions, the Room Editor’s floating panels will take up less space and it will be much easier to see everything as you’re adjusting lighting and materials.
